- Pro-Stride often lasts longer than traditional joint injections, generally at least 1 year (although the longevity does depend on the severity of joint disease).
- While ProStride is an excellent option for any horse, it can be particularly helpful for horses with Metabolic Syndrome or Cushing’s (PPID) when you have to be very careful about using steroids for the risk of laminitis.
